I was charged but didn't get an order confirmation.
If the order didn't finalize, the charge is typically a temporary authorization that your bank will reverse within 3-10 business days. If the funds have been fully deducted, please contact us immediately with your details for investigation.
I can't complete my order online. Any alternatives?

Regarding Order Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys in stock?
Most items are ready to ship. High-demand jerseys during peak seasons may sell out quickly. Real-time stock status is shown on each product page.
Can I change my order after paying?
We can only modify orders that have not yet entered the packing stage. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipping. See below for the procedure.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our Customer Support immediately via email with your order number. We will confirm if cancellation is possible and process it promptly.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer tracked shipping from within the EU. European delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. Global delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website or in your account.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated time.
First, please check your tracking link for updates. If there is no movement or a significant delay, contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Regarding Returns & After-Sales
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return period from the delivery date for items in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. Customized jerseys are final sale unless defective.
How long do refunds or exchanges take?
Processing begins once we receive your return and typically takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your financial institution.
Are there any fees for returns?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We do not charge restocking fees.
